Name: Partial Rotation
Description: The user can rotate part of an inanimate object that the user can see at least part of that are within 100 feet.
Abilities: User needs 2x as much strength as needed to rotate part of the object the user wishes to turn. Assuming that the user has enough strength to either break the the object or the objects attachment to something, then the object that the user wishes to turn is as strong as the strength of the attachment, then the object and the attachment break. If object is stronger than attachment breaks and if attachment is stronger than object breaks. All rotation speed is rpm = speedx10
Usage: duration is 1 post and cooldown is also 1 post.
User needs at least 1 post to be able to see an object to be able to rotate it.

Description: User rotates an entire inanimate object, user has to be able to see entire object within 100 feet.
Abilities: User needs 2x as much strength as needed to rotate object the user wishes to turn. All rotation speed is rpm = speedx10
Usage: 1 post cooldown and 1 post duration.
User needs at least 1 post to be able to see an object to be able to rotate it.
